Soya Aloo Tahiri Pulao This is recipe is so simple yet so very tasty and nutritious too This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Feb 2022 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Soya chunks, Potato (aloo) Cuisine Indian Course Rice Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Soya Aloo Tahiri Pulao 2 cup Soya chunks , soaked and boiled 1 large Potato (aloo) , peeled 1 1/2 cups Rice , soaked for 30 minutes and drained 2 tablespoons Oil 10-12 Black peppercorns 1 Bay leaf 2 medium Tomatoes to garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add peppercorns and bay leaf and sauté till fragrant. Cut potatoes into cubes, add and sauté till they turn brown. Roughly chop tomatoes. Add rice to the pan, mix and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add soya chunks and 3 cups water and stir. Add tomatoes and mix. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or till the rice is fully done, stirring occasionally.
