Ingredients list for Soya Aapams
- 3 cup Rice
- 1 cup Soya bean
- 4 Green chillies chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2 Onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Soak the rice and soyabeans overnight. Drain and grind it to a fine batter. Allow the batter to ferment for 3-4 hours.
- Add the chopped green chillies, cumin powder, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves and salt to the batter. Mix well. Heat a kadhai and grease it.
- Pour a spoonful of batter in the middle of the kadhai and spread evenly gently rotating the kadai. Pour a tsp. of oil along the edges and cook for a minute. Serve hot.
