Ingredients for Sitaphal Rabdi - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Medium custard apples (sitaphal) seeded and pulp removed 2

  • Full fat milk 4 cups

  • Powdered sugar 2 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Almonds slivered to garnish

  • Pistachios slivered to garnish

Method

Step 1

Heat milk in non-stick pan till it comes to a boil. Keep cooking on medium heat till it thickens at the edges. Scrape the edges and add it to the milk. Continue to cook on medium heat till it reduces to half.

Step 2

Transfer in a bowl and set aside to cool.

Step 3

Add sugar, custard apple pulp and cardamom powder, mix well and blend lightly.

Step 4

Garnish with almond slivers and pistachio slivers and serve chilled.
