Meanwhile separate the segments of the custard apples, remove the seeds and put the pulp into a bowl. Add condensed milk to the pan and mix. Add green cardamom powder and mix. Switch the heat off and add custard apple pulp and mix well. Transfer into individual bowls, sprinkle almonds and pistachios, chill and serve.
