Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, boiled
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 3-4 dried red chillies
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces, make sure that they are not mashed.
- Heat oil on a non-stick tawa. Add coriander seeds and red chillies. Saute lightly until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Grind into a coarse powder.
- Add ground powder to the potato pieces alongwith lemon juice, salt and coriander leaves. Mix well and serve immediately.
