Keep it covered with a damp cloth for half an hour. Divide the dough into five to six equal balls and roll out each ball into a flat chappati of three millimeter thickness. Cut into diamond-shaped pieces with a pastry cutter or knife. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry over medium heat till brown and crisp. Drain onto an absorbent paper and when cool, store in airtight containers.
