Melt butter in a non stick pan, add garlic, rosemary sprig and sauté. Add onions and saute. Strain the water in which porcini mushrooms and morel mushrooms have been soaked and add to the pan. Mix well. Add porcini mushrooms, morel mushrooms, salt, button mushrooms and mix. Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator. Grate parmesan cheese. Heat remaining olive oil in another non stick pan. Add chicken breasts, cover and cook on low heat. Add double cream and parmesan cheese to the mushroom mixture and mix. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and mix well so that the sauce coats the chicken completely. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
