Ingredients list for Sambharam
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 Green chillies
- 4 Lemon leaves chopped
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- to taste Salt
Method
- Whisk the yogurt, add 1 cup water, and whisk again till smooth.
- With a mortar and pestle crush green chillies, lemon leaves, curry leaves and salt. Add to the butter milk. Serve cold.
