Ingredients list for Salmon Burger
- 2 Fish fillets each halved
- 4 Burger buns
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons Butter 1 teaspoon +
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 cup Cheese spread
- 2 teaspoons Fresh cream
- for garnishing Chives sprigs, finely chopped 2-3 +
Method
- Put fish pieces in a bowl, add salt and black pepper powder and mix well. Set aside to marinate.
- Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a non-stick pan.
- Halve burger buns and toast them on the hot pan on both the sides. Set aside.
- Slice tomato.
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter in the same pan and sear tomato slices for a minute on each side. Set aside. Transfer into another bowl
- To make spread, mix cheese spread, fresh cream and chives in 3rd bowl.
- Heat remaining butter in the same pan, add marinated fish pieces and mix well. Cook till the fish is done.
- Apply cheese spread on the base half of each toasted burger bun, place an iceberg leaf on them, place some seared tomato slices, sprinkle salt and pepper powder, place fish over it, apply some more cheese spread, garnish with chives and cover with the top halves of the burger buns and serve immediately.
