Ingredients list for Sago Pudding
- 1/2 cup Sago soaked in ¾ cup water overnight
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1/3 cup Palm jaggery grated
- Coconut milk ½ cup + for topping
- to taste Salt
Method
- Drain sago and place them in a non-stick pan. Add one cup water and cinnamon powder and mix well. Cook till the mixture thickens.
- Add jaggery, coconut milk and salt and cook, stirring continuously, for ten to twelve minutes.
- Put the pudding into serving bowls, top with some coconut milk and serve warm.
