Ingredients list for Roti Upma
- 6 Rotis
- 1 large Tomato finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
- 8-10 Curry leaves
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons Oil
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Grind the rotis in a grinder. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and when they crackle add ginger-garlic and chilli paste and curry leaves and saute for a minute.
- Add onions and saute till translucent. Add tomatoes and cook till it gets cooked. Add rotis, salt and lemon juice and then add coriander powder.Serve hot.
