Ingredients
- Roomali roti dough as required
- 4 tablespoons melted butter + drizzling
- 2 teaspoons garlic-red chilli chutney
- 2 teaspoons green chutney
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala powder as required
- Sev for garnish
- 3 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander leaves
Method
- Heat a non-stick kadai upside down. Meanwhile, take a portion of the dough and roll out the edges to form a thin disc. Stretch the disc and place it on the hot kadai.
- Cook the base of the roomali roti for 30 seconds and press using a cloth and cook till golden brown and crisp on both sides, take it off the heat.
- Apply butter, garlic-red chilli chutney, green chutney, tomatoes, onions, salt, chaat masala powder, and drizzle a little butter.
- Sprinkle sev and chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
