Ingredients
- 10 Dried red chillies seeded
- 12 Garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Tamarind pulp
- to taste Sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
Method
- Soak red chillies in one and a half cups of water for half an hour. Drain
- Grind the red chillies and garlic cloves with lemon juice to a fine paste. Add a little water if necessary. Add sea salt, cumin powder and mix well.
- Use as a topping on bhel puri or any chaat.
