Ingredients list for Rawa Bread(pizza style)
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
- 4 slices Bread
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 medium Green capsicum chopped
- 1 medium Tomato deseeded & chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Method
- In a large bowl mix together semolina, yogurt, onion, green capsicum, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Set aside for five minutes.
- Apply the mixture on one side of the bread.Heat oil on a non-stick tawa. Put the bread and cook till done on both sides.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
