Ingredients list for Quinoa Chicken Nuggets
- 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1½-2 inch pieces
- ¾ cup Quinoa cooked
- for deep-frying Oil
- 5 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- 2 Egg
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
- Take flour, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl and mix.
- Break eggs in another bowl and whisk. Take quinoa in a third bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, coat with flour mixture and dip again in egg mixture. Finally coat the pieces with quinoa.
- Deep-fry these chicken pieces in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
