Ingredients list for Quinoa Chicken Nuggets

  • 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1½-2 inch pieces
  • ¾ cup Quinoa cooked
  • for deep-frying Oil
  • 5 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns
  • 2 Egg


  1. Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
  2. Take flour, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl and mix.
  3. Break eggs in another bowl and whisk. Take quinoa in a third bowl.
  4. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, coat with flour mixture and dip again in egg mixture. Finally coat the pieces with quinoa.
  5. Deep-fry these chicken pieces in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
