Pulao lajavab This is another version of phodnicha bhaat but with the flavour of saffron By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Aug 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cooked Basmati Rice, Saffron Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Rice Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Pulao lajavab 2 cup Cooked Basmati Rice 2 tablespoons Saffron 1 medium Onion sliced 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 Green chillies a few Mint leaves a few sprigs coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt a few Saffron (kesar) soaked in 2 tablespoon milk Method Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add onions and ginger garlic paste, saute till transparent. Add cumin seeds, green chillies, rice, mint, coriander and salt.
