Ingredients list for Pulao lajavab

  • 2 cup Cooked Basmati Rice
  • 2 tablespoons Saffron
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 Green chillies
  • a few Mint leaves
  • a few sprigs coriander leaves chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • a few Saffron (kesar) soaked in 2 tablespoon milk

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add onions and ginger garlic paste, saute till transparent.
  2. Add cumin seeds, green chillies, rice, mint, coriander and salt. Mix well.Add saffron milk and toss well.Serve hot.
