Remove from heat, cool and grind coarsely. Boil milk and sugar in another non-stick pan, add ground pressed rice and cook, stirring continuously, for three to four minutes. Pour the phirni into four individual bowls and sprinkle pistachios. Cool and refrigerate for one hour. Serve chilled.
