Ingredients list for Potato Papad - SK Khazana
- 4-5 Medium potatoes boiled and peeled
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- as required Oil
Method
- Grate potatoes into a bowl. Add salt, chilli flakes and coriander leaves and mash well.
- Grease a large plastic sheet with some oil. Place a portion of potato mixture on it, drizzle some oil on it and press into a thin disc with the help of another sheet. Make more papads similarly.
- Arrange the papads on a sheet and sundry for 1 day. Flip the papads and sundry for 1 more day.
- Deep-fry and serve.
