Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pomegranate juice
 - 2 green chillies slit and seeded
 - 2 teaspoons tamarind pulp
 - 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
 - 1 teaspoon rose petals crushed
 
Method
- Pour the pomegranate juice into a non-stick pan, add green chillies and tamarind pulp and cook till the mixture thickens.
 - Add powdered sugar and rose petals, mix and switch off the heat.
 - Cool and serve.
