Ingredients for Plum Chutney Recipe

  • Mixed Plums 1 cup

  • Jaggery chopped 1 cup

  • Sea salt 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Jaggery (gur) grated 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan, add red and black plums and mix well.

Step 2

Add sea salt and salt and mix well. Increase the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well.

Step 4

Add grated jaggery, mix well and cook till the mixture thickens.

Step 5

Take the pan off the heat and set aside to cool for a while. Serve.
