Ingredients for Pizza in a Jar - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Readymade small pizza bases 4

  • Pizza sauce as required

  • Cheese sauce as required

  • Medium red capsicum cut into triangles 1

  • Medium green capsicum cut into triangles 1

  • Medium yellow capsicum cut into triangles 1

  • Baby corns diagonally sliced 5-6

  • Button mushrooms sliced 5-6

  • Boneless chicken grilled and cut into 1 inch cubes 150 grams

  • Green olives sliced 3-4

  • Black olives sliced 3-4

  • Processed cheese grated 100 grams

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 100 grams

  • Dried mixed herbs to sprinkle

  • Red chilli flakes to sprinkle

  • Black peppercorns crushed to sprinkle

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven at 180ºC.

Step 2

For each portion, break a pizza base and put into a glass jar. Top it with some pizza sauce, some cheese sauce, red, green and yellow capsicum, baby corns, button mushrooms, chicken, green olives, black olives, processed cheese and mozzarella cheese.

Step 3

Sprinkle mixed herbs, red chilli flakes and crushed black peppercorns on top.

Step 4

Keep the jars in the preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes. Serve hot.
