Ingredients for Pizza Sev puri Recipe

  • Flat crisp puris 8-12

  • White sauce 1/4 cup

  • Jain salsa sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Sweet corn kernels , boiled 2 tablespoons

  • Mixed capsicums (red, green, yellow) , chopped 2 packets

  • Pickled jalapenos , finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp + to garnish

  • Dried oregano 1 tsp + to garnish

  • Salt to taste

  • Processed cheese , grated as required


Step 1

Preheat oven at 180˚C.

Step 2

Mix together white sauce and salsa sauce in a bowl. Add sweet corn, bell peppers and jalapeno and mix well. Add red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, oregano and salt and mix well.

Step 3

Arrange the puris on an ovenproof serving plate, top them with the prepared mixture.

Step 4

Sprinkle cheese on them. Place the plate in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Step 5

Bring the plate out of the oven, sprinkle some oregano and red chilli flakes and serve immediately.
