Ingredients
- 8-12 puris
- 2 tablespoons white sauce
- 2 tablespoons salsa sauce
- 3 tablespoons boiled sweet corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons roughly chopped mixed bell peppers
- ½ tablespoon finely chopped jalapenos
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes +for garnishing
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano + for garnishing
- Salt to taste
- Grated processed cheese as required
Method
- Preheat oven at 180˚C.
- Mix together white sauce and salsa sauce in a bowl. Add sweet corn, bell peppers, jalapeno and mix. Add chilli powder, chilli flakes, oregano and salt and mix well.
- Top puris with the prepared mixture and add cheese on them. Place them on an ovenproof plate, put the plate in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Garnish with oregano and chilli flakes and serve immediately.
