Ingredients list for Phool Makhana Munchies

  • 100 grams Lotus seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • a pinch Turmeric powder

Method

  1. Dry roast lotus seeds on a low heat for 8-10 minutes or till crunchy.
  2. Combine ghee, pepper powder, salt and turmeric powder and set aside.
  3. Add ghee mixture to the pan and sauté for a minute. Cool down to room temperature.
  4. Serve or store in an airtight container.
