Ingredients list for Pethe ka Laddoo

  • 300 grams White pumpkin grated
  • 500 grams Mawa
  • 250 grams Desiccated coconut
  • 10-12 Cashewnuts chopped
  • 10-12 Almonds chopped
  • 10-12 Raisins

Method

  1. Sauté the mawa for 2-3 minutes in a non-stick pan and set aside to cool.
  2. Mix the mawa, pumpkin and little desiccated coconut in a bowl. Keep some aside for coating.
  3. Add the cashewnuts, almonds and raisins and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into laddoos.
  5. Roll the laddoos in the remaining desiccated coconut.
  6. Serve
