Spoon honey on the base of the dish. Grate the lemon skin over the honey. Arrange the pear slices all round the edge of the dish. Place the mulberries in the centre. Sieve refined flour and baking power into a bowl. Melt the butter and add along with brown sugar and mix. Break the eggs and add and beat everything well using a hand blender.
