This process can be carried out in the refrigerator to avoid the yogurt from getting too sour. Transfer the yogurt into a mixing bowl and whisk it to get a smooth texture. Season with salt, add crushed red chillies, peanuts and coriander leaves. Whisk in the cream and mix well.
