Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup roasted Peanuts coarsely crushed
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 dried red chillies crushed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream

Method

  1. Hang yogurt overnight in a muslin cloth to remove excess moisture. This process can be carried out in the refrigerator to avoid the yogurt from getting too sour. Transfer the yogurt into a mixing bowl and whisk it to get a smooth texture. Season with salt, add crushed red chillies, peanuts and coriander leaves. Whisk in the cream and mix well.
