Ingredients
- 2 Medium peaches
- 1 teaspoon tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 Tea bags
- as required Ice cubes
- as required Fresh mint leaves
- as required Lemon slices
Method
- Halve the peaches, remove seeds, and chop roughly.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add the peaches and sugar, mix and cook till the peaches soften.
- Cool and transfer into a blender jar. Add lemon juice and blend into a fine puree.
- Take 2 cups hot water in a jar, add 1 tablespoon sugar and stir till it dissolves.
- Dip in 2 tea bags and let them brew a decoction. Add 2 cups chilled water and mix.
- Put some crushed ice in each tall serving glass, add 2-3 tablespoons of peach puree and pour some tea decoction till the glasses are ¾ full.
- Add 4-5 mint leaves and 2-3 lemon slices in glass and fill them up with some more cold water. Mix and serve chilled.
