Ingredients list for Peach Crumble
- 400 grams Peach tinned
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar/jaggery
- a pinch Cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon Raisins
- 50 grams Refined flour (maida)
- 250 grams Butter
- to serve Whipped cream
Method
- Preheat oven at 180ºC.
- Arrange peaches on the base of a glass baking dish. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon brown sugar, cinnamon powder and raisins on top.
- Put flour in a bowl. Add butter and remaining brown sugar and mix with fingertips till the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Top the peaches with this mixture, place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and cool down to room temperature.
- Top with whipped cream and serve.
