Ingredients list for Peach Bread Pudding

  • 14-16 Canned Peaches canned, halved
  • 6 White Bread Slices
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 2 cups Milk


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place peaches in a non-stick pan, add 1 tbsp butter and cook for 7-8 minutes or till the peaches caramelize.
  3. Break eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and vanilla essence and whisk. Add milk, whisk further and set aside.
  4. Break 3 bread into small pieces and place them in an ovenproof dish. Spread 1 tbsp butter over them.
  5. Place half the caramelized peaches on the bread. Break the remaining bread slices and place them over the peaches.
  6. Arrange the remaining peaches over the second bread layer. Pour the egg mixture over them.
  7. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool. Cut into pieces and serve.
