By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Parmesan cheese powder, Potatoes Cuisine Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Parmesan Roasted Potato Wedges 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese powder 2-3 large Potatoes to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) to taste Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes Fresh parsley finely chopped 4-5 tablespoons Olive oil for drizzling + 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped Method Preheat oven at 180ÂșC. Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan. Cut potatoes into wedges along with the skin and add to the pan along with salt. Mix well and parboil for 2 minutes. Combine refined flour, Parmesan cheese powder, salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes and parsley in a bowl and mix well. Strain the potatoes, cool and transfer into another bowl. Add olive oil, garlic and flour mixture and toss well. Put the potato wedges onto a baking tray. Drizzle some olive oil on top, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.
