By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Parmesan cheese powder Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Parmesan Crumb Chicken 250 grams Boneless chicken leg, cut into 1 inch pieces ¼ cup Parmesan cheese powder ½ cup Bread crumbs panko for deep-frying Oil to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes Juice of ½ lemon 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 Egg to serve Tomato ketchup Method Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, chilli flakes, lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste and mix. Break an egg into the bowl and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take bread crumbs on a plate. Add parmesan cheese powder and salt and mix well. Coat each marinated chicken piece with bread crumbs-parmesan cheese mixture. Gently slide them into the hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
