Ingredients list for Parmesan Crumb Chicken

  • 250 grams Boneless chicken leg, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese powder
  • ½ cup Bread crumbs panko
  • for deep-frying Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 Egg
  • to serve Tomato ketchup


  1. Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, chilli flakes, lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste and mix. Break an egg into the bowl and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
  3. Take bread crumbs on a plate. Add parmesan cheese powder and salt and mix well.
  4. Coat each marinated chicken piece with bread crumbs-parmesan cheese mixture.
  5. Gently slide them into the hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
