Ingredients list for Parmesan Crumb Chicken
- 250 grams Boneless chicken leg, cut into 1 inch pieces
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese powder
- ½ cup Bread crumbs panko
- for deep-frying Oil
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 Egg
- to serve Tomato ketchup
Method
- Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, chilli flakes, lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste and mix. Break an egg into the bowl and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Take bread crumbs on a plate. Add parmesan cheese powder and salt and mix well.
- Coat each marinated chicken piece with bread crumbs-parmesan cheese mixture.
- Gently slide them into the hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
