Ingredients list for Paprika Chicken Skewers
- 400 grams Boneless chicken legs, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons Paprika smoked
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
Method
- Take chicken pieces in a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, paprika, salt, and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for two hours.
- Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto eight satay sticks.
- Heat a non-stick grill pan. Place the sticks and grill, basting with the left over marinade, till evenly golden and the chicken is cooked.
- Serve hot.
