By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 2 cups refined flour Salt to taste 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 tablespoons ghee Oil to deep fry Method Take refined flour in a bowl, add salt and cumin seeds and mix well. Add ghee and mix. Add sufficient water and knead into a semi-stiff dough. Spread some oil on the work top and roll out the dough into a thin disc. Dork with a fork. Cut out small discs with a cookie cutter. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, slide in the discs and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
