Ingredients
- 6 Bikaner moong dal papad
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon ghee melted
Method
- Roast the papads evenly on medium heat on both sides and set aside to cool slightly. Crush the roasted papads roughly and put them in a bowl.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, onion and ghee and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
