Ingredients
- 200 paneer (cottage cheese), cut into ½ inch cubes
- 2 cups corn kernels, boiled
- 1 medium green capsicum, cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1/4 medium iceberg lettuce
Dressing
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 3-4 black olives, stoned and chopped
- 2 pickled gherkins, chopped
- 2-3 pickled onions, chopped
Method
- Combine paneer, sweetcorn, capsicum and iceberg lettuce in a large bowl.
- Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and mix well. Pour the dressing over the salad toss to mix and serve immediately.
