Ingredients list for Paan Shots
- 2 Betel leaves
- 1 tablespoon Desiccated coconut colourful
- 1 teaspoon Betel nut sweetened, shredded
- 1 teaspoon for garnishing edible colourful balls
- 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (saunf)
- 4-5 Glace cherries
- 4-5 Dates shredded
- 2 tablespoons Gulkand
- ½ cup Vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup Milk
Method
- Blend together torn betel leaves, desiccated coconut, sweetened betel nut, edible colourful balls, fennel seeds, glace cherries, sweet dates, candied rose petals, vanilla ice cream and milk to a smooth mixture.
- Pour into serving shot glasses, garnish with colourful balls and serve immediately.
