Ingredients for Paan Shots Recipe

  • Betel leaves 2

  • Desiccated coconut colourful 1 tablespoon

  • Betel nut sweetened, shredded 1 teaspoon

  • edible colourful balls 1 teaspoon for garnishing

  • Fennel seeds (saunf) 1 teaspoon

  • Glace cherries 4-5

  • Dates shredded 4-5

  • Gulkand 2 tablespoons

  • Vanilla ice cream ½ cup

  • Milk 1 cup

Method

Step 1

Blend together torn betel leaves, desiccated coconut, sweetened betel nut, edible colourful balls, fennel seeds, glace cherries, sweet dates, candied rose petals, vanilla ice cream and milk to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Pour into serving shot glasses, garnish with colourful balls and serve immediately.
