Besides the fact that seafood is really delicious and light on the tummy it offers a great deal of health benefits too. Great skin, a healthy heart and sharper brain are amongst a few.

Ingredients for Orange Chilli Pasta with Pepper Fish Recipe

  • Penne pasta boiled 1 1/2 cups

  • Orange juice 3/4 cup

  • Tata Sampann Chilli Powder 3/4 teaspoon

  • Black peppercorns crushed 1 tablespoon

  • Rawas fish fillet 200 grams

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons

  • Garlic cloves finely chopped 8-10

  • Fresh cream 3 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.

Step 2

Place fish fillet on a plate, squeeze lemon juice over it. Add salt, extra virgin olive oil and crushed peppercorns, rub in well and set aside.

Step 3

Preheat air fryer to 180º C.

Step 4

Place the fish fillets in the basket and reserve the marinade. Air fry for 5-6 minutes.

Step 5

Meanwhile add garlic to the pan and sauté well. Add orange juice, stir and cook till the mixture thickens.

Step 6

Add Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and mix well. Add pasta and toss well.

Step 7

Brush the fish with reserved marinade and continue to air fry or another 5-6 minutes or till fully done.

Step 8

Add cream to the pasta and mix well. Add basil leaves and mix well.

Step 9

Transfer the pasta in serving plate, place cooked fish on top and serve immediately.
