Ingredients list for Orange Chilli Pasta with Pepper Fish
- 1 1/2 cups Penne pasta boiled
- 3/4 cup Orange juice
- 3/4 teaspoon Tata Sampann Chilli Powder
- 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns crushed
- 200 grams Rawas fish fillet
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 2 teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 8-10 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Fresh cream
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
- Place fish fillet on a plate, squeeze lemon juice over it. Add salt, extra virgin olive oil and crushed peppercorns, rub in well and set aside.
- Preheat air fryer to 180º C.
- Place the fish fillets in the basket and reserve the marinade. Air fry for 5-6 minutes.
- Meanwhile add garlic to the pan and sauté well. Add orange juice, stir and cook till the mixture thickens.
- Add Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and mix well. Add pasta and toss well.
- Brush the fish with reserved marinade and continue to air fry or another 5-6 minutes or till fully done.
- Add cream to the pasta and mix well. Add basil leaves and mix well.
- Transfer the pasta in serving plate, place cooked fish on top and serve immediately.
