By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Hot dog buns Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time Cooking Time Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Open Egg Sandwich-SK Khazana 2-3 Eggs hard boiled and peeled 2 Hot dog buns 4-5 Iceberg lettuce leaves refreshed in ice cold water 1 teaspoon English mustard sauce to taste Black peppercorns crushed to taste Salt 2 tablespo Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Onion chopped for garnish Micro greens for garnish Boiled egg slices Method Roughly chop eggs and put in a bowl. Shred lettuce leaves and add to the bowl. Add mustard sauce, pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise and mix well. Discard the ends of the buns and halve them horizontally. Cut each half into 2 pieces. Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise on the bun pieces. Top with a generous portion of egg mixture. Garnish with micro greens and egg slices.
