Ingredients list for Open Egg Sandwich-SK Khazana
- 2-3 Eggs hard boiled and peeled
- 2 Hot dog buns
- 4-5 Iceberg lettuce leaves refreshed in ice cold water
- 1 teaspoon English mustard sauce
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespo Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Onion chopped
- for garnish Micro greens
- for garnish Boiled egg slices
Method
- Roughly chop eggs and put in a bowl.
- Shred lettuce leaves and add to the bowl. Add mustard sauce, pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise and mix well.
- Discard the ends of the buns and halve them horizontally. Cut each half into 2 pieces.
- Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise on the bun pieces. Top with a generous portion of egg mixture.
- Garnish with micro greens and egg slices. Serve immediately.
