Ingredients list for Nutty Waffles
- 1 cup Refined Flour
 - 1/4 cup Milk chopped
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
 - 1 1/2 Eggs
 - 2 tablespoons Castor sugar (caster sugar)
 - 3/4 cup Milk
 - 7 tablespoons Butter
 - 1/4 teaspoon Salt
 
Method
- Heat waffle iron. Sieve refined flour and baking power together. Break eggs into a bowl and whisk well. Add castor sugar and the sieved flour and mix well.
 - Add milk and continue to mix. Melt five tablespoons of butter and add it to the batter along with the chopped pistachios. Mix well.
 - Grease the waffle iron with a little of the remaining butter, pour a ladleful of batter and cook till golden and crisp on both the sides. Serve hot with honey or maple syrup.
