In a fry pan heat butter and saute vegetables for few minutes, season with salt and keep it aside. Take chapati and spread half of the gongura and date chutnies. Spread sautéed vegetables and top it with grated cheese. Fold over the chapati and roll it as tightly as possible. Secure it with the help of a toothpick. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
