Ingredients list for Nariyal Shikanji
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 300 millilitres Soda
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves paste
- 1 tablespoon Gulkand
- for garnish Crushed ice
Method
- In a big bowl mix coconut milk, soda, lemon juice, honey, powdered sugar, mint paste and gulkand. Whisk well. Add crushed ice as per liking. Serve chillied.
