Ingredients
- 250 grams mushrooms
- 1 small bunch of coriander
- 10 garlic cloves
- 4 green chillies
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- Crushed black pepper powder for garnish
Method
- Grind garlic, coriander leaves and green chillies to a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add paste and cook for two to three minutes.
- Add mushrooms and salt and saute for a two minutes. Add fresh cream and saute for a minute.
- Add a cup of water and cook till the gravy thickens. Sprinkle with coarsely ground black peppercorns. Serve hot with rice or paranthas.
