Ingredients list for Mushroom Cocktail Salad

  • 450 grams Button Mushroom quartered
  • 1 cup Hung Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 5-6 Lettuce leaves shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika powder

Method

  1. To make the dressing, blend together the yogurt, cream, Tabasco sauce, tomato ketchup, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, chives, parsley and salt.
  2. Take four individual martini glasses, place some lettuce leaves at the base.
  3. Combine the mushrooms and dressing in a bowl and mix well. Spoon this mixture into the glasses and top with a little paprika powder. Serve immediately.
