Ingredients list for Muesli with Strawberries

  • 3 tablespoons Toasted rolled oats
  • 14 Fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 Medium red apple
  • 8 tablespoons Yogurt chilled
  • 8 tablespoons Apple juice
  • 2 pinches Cinnamon powder
  • 4 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespo to garnish Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespo to garnish Almond flakes
  • 2 tablespo to garnish Walnuts chopped


  1. Quarter the apple and grate into a bowl. Add yogurt, oats and apple juice and mix well.
  2. Add cinnamon powder and honey and mix well. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator to chill overnight.
  3. Cut 8 strawberries into small cubes. Divide them equally into 4 serving glass cups. In each cup add ½ tablespoon pumpkin seeds, ½ tablespoon almond flakes and ½ tablespoon chopped walnuts.
  4. Chop the remaining strawberries. Fill the cups almost to the top with the chilled oats mixture.
  5. Divide the chopped strawberries equally between the 4 cups, garnish with a little pumpkin seeds, almond flakes and chopped walnuts and serve immediately.
