Ingredients list for Motichoor Muffin
- 2 Motichoor laddoos
 - 1 cup Khoya/mawa crumbled
 - 1/2 cup Sugar
 - 50 grams Dark chocolate broken
 - 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
 - as required Pistachios blanched, peeled and sliced
 - 1/4 cup Fresh cream
 
Method
- Heat 2 non-stick pans. Put khoya in one pan, add sugar and cook till both melt and blend well.
 - In the 2nd pan put broken dark chocolate and melt stirring continuously.
 - Add cardamom powder to khoya and mix.
 - Put a few pistachios in each silicon mould.
 - Halve the motichoor laddoos and put one half in each silicon mould and press well to level the surface.
 - Add cream to the melted chocolate and mix well. Pour the chocolate mixture over the laddoos in the moulds leaving a little space above. Keep them in the refrigerator to set.
 - Once set bring the moulds out of the refrigerator and top with khoya mixture. Keep them back in the refrigerator to set.
 - Alternately you can first pour the chocolate mixture in the moulds. Place half a motichoor laddoo and set. Then put khoya mixture and set.
 - Serve chilled.
