By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Mar 2017 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Sprouted moth, Sprouted green gram Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time Cooking Time Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 3/4 cup sprouted moth 3/4 cup sprouted green gram 1 medium onion, chopped 1 medium capsicum, chopped 1 medium tomato,chopped 2 green chillies, chopped 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 1 /2 teaspoons chaat masala Salt to taste 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves Method Mix the sprouted moth and moong, onion, capsicum, tomato and green chillies in a bowl. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour. For the dressing, mix together the lemon juice, chaat masala and salt. Add the dressing to the chilled salad just before serving. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve at once.
