Ingredients for Moth And Moong Sprout Salad Recipe

  • Sprouted moth 3/4 cup

  • Sprouted green gram 3/4 cup

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Green chillies chopped 2

  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons

  • Chaat masala 1 /2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Mix the sprouted moth and moong, onion, capsicum, tomato and green chillies in a bowl. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour. For the dressing, mix together the lemon juice, chaat masala and salt. Add the dressing to the chilled salad just before serving. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve at once.
