Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium potato, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- ¼ medium cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour (atta)
Method
- Heat butter in a pressure cooker. Add onion, potatoes and carrot and sauté for high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, cabbage, salt, crushed peppercorns and wheat flour and mix well. Add 4-5 cups water, cover and pressure cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Open the lid when the pressure is completely released.
- Serve hot.
