Ingredients list for Mixed Green Coconut
- 1 medium bunch Spinach Leaves
- 1 medium bunch Red Chavli Leaves chopped
- 1 medium bunch Chavli leaves chopped
- 1 medium bunch Chavli leaves chopped red chavli (lal maat)
- 1/4 cup Scraped coconut
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 5-6 cloves Garlic chopped
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Slit green chillies and halve them. Add onion and garlic to the pan and sauté.
Chop palak. - Add green chillies, methi, green chavli, red chavli, palak and salt and mix well.
Cook till most of the moisture is absorbed. - Add 2 tbsps water if you want it moist.
Add coconut and mix well. Serve hot.
