Slit green chillies and halve them. Add onion and garlic to the pan and sauté. Chop palak. Add green chillies, methi, green chavli, red chavli, palak and salt and mix well. Cook till most of the moisture is absorbed. Add 2 tbsps water if you want it moist. Add coconut and mix well. Serve hot.
