Ingredients for Mixed Green Coconut Recipe

  • Spinach Leaves 1 medium bunch

  • Red Chavli Leaves chopped 1 medium bunch

  • Chavli leaves chopped 1 medium bunch

  • Chavli leaves chopped red chavli (lal maat) 1 medium bunch

  • Scraped coconut 1/4 cup

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Green chillies 2

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Garlic chopped 5-6 cloves

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Heat oil in a non stick pan. Slit green chillies and halve them. Add onion and garlic to the pan and sauté. Chop palak.

Step 2

Add green chillies, methi, green chavli, red chavli, palak and salt and mix well. Cook till most of the moisture is absorbed.

Step 3

Add 2 tbsps water if you want it moist. Add coconut and mix well. Serve hot.
