Ingredients
- 12-16 button mushrooms
- 8 large green chillies
- 130 grams bhuna masala
- 4 stalks spring onion greens
- 1 medium red capsicum
- 2 teaspoons oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Halve the mushrooms. Make a small slit on all the green chillies. Heat a non-stick pan, add bhuna masala and mushrooms and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add green chillies and spring onion greens to the pan and mix well. Cover and cook till mushrooms are done. Roughly chop red capsicum.
- Heat oil in another non-stick pan, add red mushrooms and salt and toss. Sauté till they soften. Transfer the mushroom-chilli mixture into a serving bowl, put the red capsicum over them and serve hot.
