Ingredients list for Mexican Corn on the Cob

  • 2 corns corns
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespo for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • Paprika powder 1 teaspoon + for sprinkling
  • to taste Salt
  • 50 grams Feta cheese
  • 2-3 Lemon wedges

Method

  1. Remove the husk off the corn.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped coriander, paprika powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Roast the corn on direct flame till evenly done.
  4. Spread the prepared mixture over the roasted corn. Grate cheese over the corn.
  5. Sprinkle paprika on corn and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander and lemon wedges.
